This just-released 2024 edition of Lafage's classic southern French Rose comes in an attractive, designer bottle with a convenient recyclable glass stopper. Bright extremely pale salmo colour, it has fresh, faintly spicy, floral, rmelon-apple-pear aromas. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, youthful, fresh, bright, ripe, citrusy, honeycrisp apple flavours and a lingering, harmonious, melon-pear-tinged finish. A tasty blend of 25-year-old Mourvedre (50%), 75-year-old Grenache Gris (30%) and 20% Grenache Noir with 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Aged on its lees for 4 months to increase mouthfeel. This versatile, ready-to-enjoy, crowd-pleaser is a perfect hot weather refresher. CSPC 367375
