L'ABBAYE POUILLY-FUMÉ 2023 AC, sustainable
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CHATELAIN LES VIGNES DE SAINT-LAURENT
This excellent 100% Sauvignon Blanc has a medium straw colour. Very appealing, classy, faintly grassy nose with floral, bright, ripe, melon-lemon-pear notes. Dry, medium-plus bodied, harmonious, mineral-tinged, ripe, lemon-apple-meringue flavours with a lingering, bright, fairly complex, crisp finish. Rady-to-enjoy, this crowd-pleaser would be great with poultry, white meats and seafood, especially oysters. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L24204 on the back label.
