| Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |

DOMAINE GASSIER |
| Bright pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, gently honeyed, wildflower nose with some faintly grassy, peach-lemon-melon notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, harmonious, faintly tropical, honeydew-pear flavours with a fairly bright lingering finish. This organic 100% Viognier has partial malolactic fermentation (15%) and 4 months lees aging with 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar and lot number L50227 on the lower part of the glass bottle. At peak - this versatile crowd-pleaser is ready-to-drink and best with sushi and spicy cuisine. |

| TASTING NOTE: This 100% Viognier was sourced from organically grown vines planted in clay and limestone soils. There is a great deal of nectarine, pear and apple here, with a snappy mineral underpinning. The rich texture and bright acidity make this a great option for sushi. |
