SADIE ROSÉ 2024 Awatere Valley, Marlborough, South Island
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ERADUS
Extremely pale faint salmon colour. Initially somewhat shy, it has slightly spicy, fresh, plum-red-apple aromas with hints of minerality. Very dry, medium to medium-light bodied, minerally, very slightly spicy, bright, fresh, red-apple-plum-lemon flavours with a crisp, somewhat abrupt inish. This blend of 50% Pinot Gris, 48% Chenin Blanc and 2% Pinot Noir seems quite closed at the moment. It has 13.5% alcohol and .6 g/L residual sugar followed up by a hefty 7.5 g/L total acidity. Screwcap closure. CSPC 43353
