Bright light straw colour. Attractive, slightly floral, ripe wintermelon-grapefruit-white-peach nose with some mineral notes. Dry medium to medium-light bodied, nicely textured, harmonious, ripe, slightly spicy, fresh, ripe melon and lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp finish. This very tasty, ready-to-drink, crowd-pleaser was aged for 4 months on its lees and has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L6036. CSPC 708073
