| PARALLELE 45 BLANC 2023 AC Côtes du Rhône, France |
| Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
PAUL JABOULET AINÉ |
NEW in Vintages, this organic white has a fresh, faintly spicy, gently floral, fragrant, winter-melon-yellow-grapefruit nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, minerally, bright, white peach, melon, apple flavours with a lifted, lingering, harmonious, faintly savoury finish. Harvested from 40-year old vines, this 13.5% alcohol bend of 38% Viognier, 33% Grenache Blanc, 12% Marsanne, 10% Roussanne and 7% Clairette was aged on fine lees in stainless steel for six months. It is versatile, ready-to-drink and would go well with seafood and poultry.
