TNERO DI TROIA 2021 IGT Puglia
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer AGARO MANCINELLO
This 2021 was last released on February 17, 2024 at $17.95. This new batch has a deep purple-red colour. It has an intense, somewhat spicy, juicy, very ripe, plummy nose with some vanilla notes. This crowd-pleaser is faintly off-dry with 13 g/L residual sugar. It is rounded, medium-plus bodied and quite juicy with lots of plummy-black-cherry-puree flavours followed up by a lingering, slightly spicy, cedar-vanilla-tinged finish. There are 2,400 bottles of this ready-to-drink 15% alcohol “Vintages $18 Solution” waiting for you. CSPC 22130

TASTING NOTE: Sweet spices and some dried fruit to the nose. Cloves, smoked herbs and vanilla, too. Tight and creamy tannins give structure to the medium- to full-bodied palate before a juicy, berry-fruit finish. Nicely drinkable. Drink or hold.
