This new Vintages release from Drea’s Wine has a bright very pale straw colour. Intense, faintly spicy, very gently grassy, bright, ripe, melon-lemon-apple nose with some floral mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely textured, minerally, very slightly grassy, ripe, wintermelon-lemon-apple flavours with a fresh, lingering, gently citrusy, bright finish. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. This refined crowd-pleaser is ready to drink and perfect with seafood and spicy dishes. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 2024/04/04 in the on the middle part of the glass bottle. Tasted twice - the first time was in the media room at this year’s May 26 Taste of Ontario trade event where it rated 90.5-points. CSPC 16452

TASTING NOTE: This wine is Andrea \"Drea\" Kaiser's tribute to her father, Karl J. Kaiser. It's sourced from Watson Farms, which was first planted in 1982 and is home to some of Canada's oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines. This ripe, mouth-watering, dynamic wine has bold tropical fruit, citrus and mineral notes. Pair it with artichoke salad or sushi. Price $ 29.50
