This just tasted October 19, 2024 repeat of a long-time, well-priced, crowd-pleaser has a very deep intense purple colour. Attractive, gently cedary, ripe plum-cherry nose with some mineral-tinged, cedary notes. Dry, medium-plus bodied, harmonious, intense, ripe plum-crancherry puree flavours with a lingering, cedary, bright finish. Perfectly ready-to-drink, this blend of 55% Shiraz and 45% Cabernet has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L4269 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. TASTING NOTE: Attractively fruited and delightfully appealing with blackberry, violet, roasted nut and subtle spice aromas on the nose, followed by a flavoursome palate that's succulent and lingering.
