| Bright pale orange pink colour. Attractive, fairly intense, slightly spicy, gently loral, strawberry-plum-apple nose with some faintly herbal, mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, bright, fresh, ripe, strawberry-plum-red-cherry flavours with a lingering, nicely structured, harmonious, mineral-tinged finish. This new blend of 87% Pinot Noir, 7% Viognier (both varieties were fermented in neutral French oak and aged for 5 months) along with 6% Chardonnay. It has 12.2% alcohol and 1/2 g/L residual sugar with 6.1 g/L total acidity. A versatile, well-made, premium, organic Rose that will still improve with another 12 months of aging. Screwcap closure. |

| TASTING NOTE: Composed entirely of estate fruit, this wine is based on Pinot Noir and crafted using a combination of direct-press and saignée techniques. It spent several months maturing in neutral French oak for extra roundness and texture. Bright and complex, it suggests strawberry sorbet, tart-cherry concentrate, fresh watermelon, stone fruit, and citrus zest. |
