| NEW in Vintages. Extremely pale bright pink colour. Slightly spicy, faintly floral, fresh, light, plum-strawberry nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, crisp, raspberry-plum flavours with a bright, crisp finish. This tasty crowd-pleasing blend of 41% Pinot Noir, 36% Cabernet Franc, 15% Gamay and 8% Syrah has 12 % alcohol, 12 g/L residual sugar and a hefty 8.5 g/L total acidity that makes this slightly off-dry rose such a joy to drink now. It pairs well with almost anything and has a convenient screwcap closure. |
