| This NEW in Vintages attractive Macedonian Rose has a very pale salmon colour. Fresh, faintly spicy, floral, ripe red berry nose with hints of minerality. Dry medium bodied, bright, fresh, plum, gently citrusy, peach flavours with a lingering, crisp, refreshing finish. This very tasty, crowd-pleasing 100% Xinomavro has 13.5% alcohol, 2.4 g/L residual sugar and 6.2 g/L total acidity. It comes with a screwcap bottle with lot number L04525A on the back label. Note that the flavours improve significantly after being opened and refrigerated for few days. It needs 6 months of additional bottle aging. |
