BOYA SAUVIGNON BLANC 2024 DO Valle de Leyda, sustainable, vegan
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer GARCES SILVA)
This 19th Vintages Boya release is a repeat of the 2024 from last November. Bright pale straw colour, it has a rather youthful, herbal-grassy nose with some lemon-apple notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, pleasant, gently grassy, bright, lemon-apple flavours with a crisp, refreshing finish. It has 12.8% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure and actually tasted better that day after it was opened. CSPC 389726

Distinctive, clean, aromatic, and undeniably refreshing with a persistent finish marked by salinity. Tasted November 2024. Score - 89 (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com) Price $ 15.95
