PINOT NOIR 2022 AC Bourgogne
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BUTTERFIELD
Fairly deep purple colour. Somewhat shy, very slightly spicy, restrained, lightish, Damson plum nose with some faint hints of raspberry. Dry, medium bodied, very bright, restrained, raspberry-plum-crancherry fruit followed up by a gently minerally finish. Seems a tad restrained at the moment, it has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 43458
