| NEW in Vintages. This very tasty, slightly sweet, sparkling sake has a pale straw colour and fresh, floral, gay honeyed nose. Bright, off-dry, medium-light bodied, effervescent, ripe, honeydew-peach flavours with a refreshing lingering finish. To get all the flavours I suggest that it not be served cold - just below room temperature worked for me. This 200 ml bottle has 5% alcohol and 74 g/L residual sugar with lot number 25/18 on top of the screwcap closure. |
