NEW in Vintages. Bright purple-red colour with a spicy, juicy, ripe, black cherry purée nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium-plus bodied, spicy, bright, ripe, plummy-black-cherry flavours with a lingering, nicely textured, rather cedary finish. A ready-to-drink, mocha-tinged, crowd-pleaser that will excel with bbq meats. It has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L22324 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 41352

TASTING NOTE: The 2021 Wild Cape Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant purple in the glass, and it's full of abundant fruit in the mouth. Elegant and spicy and really quite exciting, this is full of lovely back palate flavor, and it's shaped by fine/firm tannins. Drink date: 2023-2029.
