| This new very pleasant Cabernet Franc sparkler is labelled Frachette meaning that it is made with addition of icewine to start the the Charmat process. It has a light bright salmon-pink colour with an attractive, fresh, plum nose with a hint of minerality. Dry, fresh, medium bodied, spicy, harmonious, wintermelon and fresh raspberry flavours followed up with a bright, straightforward, easy to drink finish. This crowd-pleaser has only 12.7% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L20260630 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
