| Unlike the previous less expensive vintage-dated Canella Superior Prosecco this preferred new release has a bright pale straw colour with good effervescence. Gently spicy, ripe wintermelon nose with some mineral notes. Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, ripe, melon-apple flavours with a crisp finish and pleasing effervescence. This ready-to-drink crowd-pleaser has 11% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar and now comes with a champagne cork closure. |
