| This well-priced 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep intense purple colour and a attractive, ripe Damson plum nose with some slightly spicy, toasty, cedar-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium to medium-plus bodied, harmonious, nicely textured, bright, ripe, plum-black-cherry-cassis flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, faintly savoury,harmonious finish. This versatile, enjoyable, crowd-pleaser was aged of 15 months in 225L French oak (10% new), it has 14.7% alcohol, 2.2 g/L residual sugar and 5.7 g/L total acidity. Bottled in July 2024. vl |
