| Bright medium straw colour. Youthful, fairly intense, bright, ripe, lemon-melon-apple nosewith some some gently minerally notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, fresh, ripe, wintermelon flavours with some gentle citrus notes on the lingering, nicely textured, minerally finish. A genuine, versatile, food-friendly, dry Riesling that hits the spot with seafood (especially oysters) as well as spicy Chinese and/or Thai cuisine. It has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 2024/04/28 on the upper part of the glass bottle. |

| TASTING NOTE: Riesling is one of Ontario's most successful grapes, and it has a worldwide reputation for expressing a sense of place with precision and authenticity. This one has plentiful citrus tones with pear and honey notes and an emerging mineral oil character. A superb food wine, it will match well with pork tenderloin or green curry. |
