| TASTING NOTE: This Gamay was sourced from the Jozhay Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore. It was aged four months in oak to create a juicy, fruit-forward wine with plenty of berry character, fresh acidity and soft tannin structure. The producer suggests serving it slightly chilled with coq au vin, tuna niçoise salad, or mild cheeses and berry compote. |
