| NEW in Vintages. This fine blend of 90% Carmenere, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot has a very deep intense purple colour. Intense, gently spicy, ripe, blueberry-cassis-driven nose with some refined cedary notes. Dry, medium-plus bodied, nicely textured, harmonious, ripe plum-cherry-cassis flavours with a lingering, harmonious, slightly spicy, gently cedary finish. This very approachable, versatile, crowd-pleaser has 14% alcohol and 3.2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 35225 on the back label. It spent 12 months in oak and foudres. |
