| Malagousia is a very aromatic white variety that was rescued from near extinction 40 years ago and is grown in north-western Macedonia. This youthful 2025 has a bright medium straw colour with an attractive, slightly spicy, floral, wintermelon-grapefruit nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied and nicely textured, it has tangy slightly spicy, ripe, apple-melon-grapefruit flavours have a lingering, minerally finish. Perfect with seafood, poultry and especially spicy dishes, it is unoaked and aged \"sur lies\" for two months with 13.5.% alcohol, under 2 g/L residual sugar and lot number L6095 on the capsule. |
