| This indigenous 100% Saperavi variety produces Georgia's top red wines. Youthful fairly deep purple-red in colour, it has a gently floral, faintly spicy, ripe, plum-black-cherry nose with a touch of cedar. Dry, medium bodied, bright, ripe, plum-raspberry flavours are followed up by a lingering, gently cedary finish. This versatile, ready-to-drink, well-priced, crowd-pleaser was matured for 12 months in oak and is the 10th time released in Vintages. It has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 05102025 on the back label. |

| TASTING NOTE: This wine is made from 100% Saperavi: a late-ripening grape and one of the few whose pulp and flesh, as well as its skin, are red. Matured 12 months in oak, it's balanced, tangy and spicy, with red and black fruit. A good option for veggie or beef burgers. |
