TASTING NOTE: Here's a remarkably complex local Savvy. Not only was it fermented with wild yeast, but it also saw some oak ageing. The result is a complex bouquet of melon, white peach, tropical fruit, subtle oak and caramel followed by a moreish, slightly rich palate displaying lovely echoes of the aromas along with zesty citrus and spice.
