| This hefty 100% Malbec has a deep intense purple colour. The rich, ripe, intense, Damson plums nose is accompanied by some faintly toasty, slightly herbal, blueberry notes. Dry. medium plus bodied, well structured, ripe, plum fruit with some minerally, lingering, gently cedary notes on the lingering bright finish. Half in stainless with the balance aged in French oak for 12 months, it will go well with a steak. It has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L07226 on the back label. |
