| This 100% Carignan has deep purple-red colour. Fairly attractive, gently spicy, ripe, plum-crancherry nose with some slight sandalwood, notes. Dry, medium bodied, gently juicy, ripe, plum-cherry-red-currant flavours with a bright finish. This easy-going, versatile, ready-to-drink, crowd-pleaser has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 03525 on the capsule. The 2008 edition appeared in Vintages on November 27 2010 at $15.95. |
