| Extremely deep intense purple colour. Ripe, spicy, very juicy, plum-black-cherry nose. Gently sweet, medium plus bodied, juicy, ripe, black-cherry-plum purée flavours with a crisp, bright, lingering, cassis-crancherry finish. Surprisingly tasty on its own, this red pairs well with grilled meats and cheeses and might be served slightly chilled. Made from late-harvested indigenous Saperavi grapes, this reliable, well-made, off-dry, red has 13% alcohol and 28 g/L residual sugar. |
