| This repeat from the May 27, 2023 Vintages release has a medium-light red colour. Elegant, rose-tinged, Damson plum and fraise de bois aromatics on the nose. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious and bright with a crisp, lively, lingering, mineral-tinged finish. Pair with fresh salmon and poultry. Ready-to-drink when assessed back in 2023. It has 12.5% alcohol and. 2 g/L residual sugar. Screwcap closure. |
