| TASTING NOTE: Balanced and inviting, this is a delicious take on Assyrtiko with crunchy orchard fruit, juicy citrus anda Mediterranean herbal edge (rosemary oil, tarragon, sage, oregano) very evocative of the Peloponnese. Elegant mineral backbone, soft acid and wet stone freshness throughout. Drinking window: 2025-2026. Score - 90 (Ines Salpico, decanter.com, April 23, 2025) |
