Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ZACHARIAS
Medium straw colour. Bright, slightly spicy, fresh, slightly citrusy, ripe, lemon-apple-melon nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, minerally, spicy, unoaked, fresh, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, bright, crisp finish. Quite ready to drink, it offers fine value and works well with seafood and poultry. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 008547 24 on the back label. CSPC 588814

TASTING NOTE: Balanced and inviting, this is a delicious take on Assyrtiko with crunchy orchard fruit, juicy citrus anda Mediterranean herbal edge (rosemary oil, tarragon, sage, oregano) very evocative of the Peloponnese.
