This ripe, ready-to-drink, versatile Chard is 30% aged in Burgundy oak barrels and 70% in tank on Viogier lees - both for 3 months. It has a medium straw colour with a gently spicy, ripe, melon-apple-pear purée nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, bright, spicy, ripe, spicy, lemon-apple-melon flavours with a lingering, harmonious, somewhat tropical finish. This newly designated Vins de France (formerly IGP Pays d'Oc) has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L26040C on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 390781
