Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LE JADE
This 12th Vintages release since 2005 has a bright medium straw colour. Still somewhat shy, fresh, lemon-apple-yellow-grapefruit aromas with some chalky, mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, fresh, faintly citrusy, melon-apple- flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. A fine oyster/seafood white, this 100% Picpoul has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L20026 on the on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. Bordering the Mediterranean Sea, the AOC Picpoul de Pinet extends over 1,400 ha and is devoted to this single white grape. It s the largest white wine region in the Languedoc. CSPC 350124
