Bright medium straw colour. Very attractive, faintly spicy, ripe, lemon-apple meringue nose with some minerally, gently complex, toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, very bright, faintly citrusy, ripe, lemon-apple-lime meringue flavours with a nicely textured, lingering, minerally finish. This distinguished crowd-pleasing Stellenbosch best buy pairs perfectly with seafood, poultry and/or vegetable dishes. Wild fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees form three months, It has 13% alcohol and 2.4 g/L residual sugar with a screwcaop closure.
