Very pale salmon colour. Attractive, gently spicy, fresh, ripe, plum-red-apple aromas with hints of minerality. Dry, medium bodied, somewhat minerally, bright, fresh, red-apple-plum-raspberry flavours with a crisp, refreshing finish. Versatile and ready-to-drink, this blend of 50% Pinot Gris, 48% Chenin Blanc and 2% Pinot Noir has 13 % alcohol and .8 g/L residual sugar with 5.7 g/L total acidity. Screwcap closure. CSPC 43353
