| This half-bottle repeat of the 2020 methode traditionelle Riesling has 33 months of in-bottle lees aging. Light straw colour with streams of tiny bubbles. Intense, gently spicy, bright, ripe, apple-melon-lemon nose with some faint buttery brioche notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, citrusy, apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, harmonious finish. This 100% Riesling is elegant and ready-to-drink with 12% alcohol, 11 g/L total acidity and 15 g/L residual sugar with lot number 31/08/23 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |

| TASTING NOTE: This is a riesling sparkler from an excellent cool climate site in Twenty Mile Bench. The nose is very lifted as expected from riesling with almost tropical pineapple, honey, light toast and petrol. Quite compelling.
