Bright very pale straw colour. Complex, slightly spicy, gently honeyed, faintly grassy, bright, baked, apple-pear-yellow-grapefruit nose with some mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, gently tangy, slightly savoury. lemon-melon-apple-pear flavours with a lingering, bright finish. This versatile, seafood-friendly, crowd-pleaser is ready-to-enjoy. Made exclusively from Verdejo, it is lees-aged for 2-3 months in concrete tanks and has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L260511 on the capsule. Screwcap closure. CSPC 461327
