ALSACE RIESLING 2023 AOC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer SOHLER & FILS
NEW in Vintages. It is quite amazing to think that the Sohler family has been growing grapes here since the 1640s (14 generations) and only began producing their own wines in 1964. Bright light straw in colour, the gently floral, ripe, lemon-apple aromas jump out of the glass. It is dry, fresh and youthful on the palate with bright, crisp, minerally, citrus-tinged, melon-apple-lemon flavours with a lingering finish. A great match with seafood and vegetarian dishes. This 13% alcohol super-refreshing 100% Riesling shows good versatility and will cool the down the warmest summer days. CSPC 49864
