| This new 2025 Flagship June 20 Vintages release appears on page 23 of the Catalogue. Unfortunately, the LCBO website mis-identifies it as the 2024 from last year with an incorrect release date of June 21. This new 2025 has a bright pale salmon-pink colour and an attractive, very slightly spicy, gently floral, ripe, Damson plum nose with some hints of raspberry. Dry, medium plus bodied, nicely textured, ripe, plum-red-berry flavours with a lingering, fresh finish. Ready to enjoy, this new blend of 65% Cabernet Franc and 35% Gamay Noir has 12.9% alcohol and 3.6 g/L residual sugar. This versatile crowd-pleaser is the best release tasted to date and was just bottled on April 14. Extra complexity is the result of being fermented and aged in neutral French oak. |

| TASTING NOTE: This Cabernet Franc rosé is a lively, refreshing expression of the Beamsville Bench that offers up a host of complex ripe red berry, rhubarb, apple, watermelon and spice. Fun and serious in one, it's great for outdoor dining and will pour well with barbecued seafood, summer salads, or vegetarian pasta dishes. |
