| This youthful 100% Garganega Veronese has a very pale straw colour and a youthful, still leesy, somewhat salty, slightly citrusy, faintly tropical-tinged, lemon-apple nose with some savoury notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, youthful, slightly peppery, bright, apple-lemon flavours with a very crisp, minerally finish. Try with seafood, especially oysters. Ready-to-drink - it has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L26056 on the capsule. |
