| Light bright light orange pink colour. Attractive, intense, slightly spicy, gently floral, elegant, strawberry-plum-apple nose with some faintly herbal, mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, bright, fresh, ripe, raspberry-Damson-plum-red-cherry flavours with a lingering, nicely structured, harmonious, mineral-tinged finish. This blend of 86% Pinot Noir, 6% Viognier (both varieties were fermented in neutral French oak and aged for 5 months) along with 8% Chardonnay. It has 12.5% alcohol and 1/2 g/L residual sugar with 6.1 g/L total acidity with lot number 20260407 on the lower part of the glass bottle. A versatile, well-made, premium, organic Rose that will still improve with another 12 months of aging. Screwcap closure. |
