| This tasty NEW in Vintages 2016 is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier. It has a golden yellow colour with some streams of tiny bubbles. Intense, complex, ripe, buttery, lemon brioche nose. Dry, medium bodied, well textured, very slightly spicy, ripe, lemon-apple meringue flavours with still bright, buttery brioche notes on the lingering gout-angalise inspired finish. This smooth mature aged vintage Champagne is perfect for the dinner table. At $69.95 it’s a best buy if you like this style and a try if you don’t. It has 12.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. |
