| Unable to get a bottle for assessment from the agent. Here is my wine colleague’s review: This is a fairly hefty, smooth and sweet-edged rose, a blend of pinot noir, gamay and syrah. The nose shows soft, mild strawberry, ground cherry and fennel. Impressive body but I wanted more flavour intensity, acid grip and length. And a bit less sweetness. According to the LCBO it has 13% alcohol and 14 g/L residual sugar. |

| TASTING NOTE: A blend of estate and grower fruit sourced from Niagara vineyards, this wine is crafted from Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Syrah. Nicely balanced, it exudes ripe red cherry, strawberry, watermelon and sage. Tawse suggests pairing with baked brie, charcuterie, or asparagus quiche. |
