MÂCON-UCHIZY 2024 AOC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer MALLORY & BENJAMIN TALMARD
This 100% Chardonnay has a bright medium straw colour with a gently complex, fairly intense, toasty, elegant, ripe, lemon-apple-apricot nose. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, gently toasty, bright, honeysuckle-tinged, ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, slightly minerally, harmonious finish. Showing well now, this versatile, crowd-pleaser has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L110725 on the back label. Terrific with poulty, white meates and vegetarian dishes.
