DOMAINE CLUNY |
| Medium-deep garnet red colour. Attractive, very gently spicy, ripe, plummy. red and black cherry purée nose with some faintly earthy raspberry notes. Dry, medium plus bodied, nicely textured, bright, dried raspberry flavours with some minerally, plummy-crancherry notes on the lingering finish. Still fairly youthful, it has a hefty 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Perfect with a leg of lamb, tomato based pasta, even a steak. |

| TASTING NOTE: Lovely pure red colour. Clean nose, with fruity varietal accents and a fine woody note. On the palate, a noble substance, successfully mirroring the aromas of the nose. Perfect with snails in garlic butter. Score - 90 (gilbertgaillard.com, 2025) |
