ILLUMINATE DEALCOHOLIZED SAUVIGNON BLANC 2025 New Zealand
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer KIM CRAWFORD
This dealcoholized white has a bright light straw colour. Reasonably attractive, fairly intense, slightly grassy, gently spicy nose that captures the Sauvignon Blanc experience with some white-pepper-tinged notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, bright, yellow grapefruit flavours with some slightly savoury, faintly tinny, tropical notes on the lightly structured finish. According to then LCBO website this has under .5% alcohol and 28 g/L residual sugar with some screwcap closure. Worth trying if you are in need of a dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc. CSPC 46422
