TASTING NOTE: Sourced from the Wingfield and Foxcroft vineyards, this wine suggests poached pear, yellow apple, bergamot, wet stone, saline freshness, and toasted spice. It has a creamy texture, with a flinty minerality on the finish. Pair with barbecued chicken.
