| SAUVIGNON BLANC 2025 Awatere Valley, Marlborough, South Island |
| Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
ERADUS |
| This non-Vintages award-winning 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is available in over 230 stores. It has a bright extremely pale straw colour. The nose is very youthful and quite grassy with some faintly honeyed, beeswax and pithy yellow grapefruit peel notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, spicy, grassy, fresh, yellow grapefruit flavours with a lingering, unoaked, minerally, slightly savoury finish. Terrific with oysters and seafood, it has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. It is still pretty young and will actually improve with some additional aging. |

| TASTING NOTE: Windy, dry, stony, and featuring extremes of hot days and cold nights, the Awatere Valley has the perfect conditions for creating extraordinary wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is intensely aromatic, with dazzling freshness and beautifully outlined tropical fruit, apple, lime, passion fruit and more. Zesty, expressive, and perfect for seafood. |
