| Bright medium straw colour. Youthful, faintly spicy, floral, bright, fresh, ripe, lemon-apple nose with lotof minerally notes. Fairly dry, medium-bodied, vibrant, fresh, ripe, lemon-apple-pear flavours with a lingering, crisp, minerally finish. This organic Riesling has 10,9% alcohol and 12 g/L residual sugar with a hefty 8,5 g/L total acidity making it seem drier. Has a cork closure and was bottled on April 3, 2023 and now with three years of bottle aging. It is quite nicely textured and ready to enjoy. |
