| This organic medal-winning estate-bottled 100% Sauvignon Blanc is the prefect springtime wine for seafood and vegetarian dishes. Medium-deep straw in colour, it has a very attractive, fragrant, floral nose with some gentle lemon-apple-lime notes with a mineral-tinged, very faint hint of grass. Dry, medium bodied, very slightly spicy, fresh, crisp, ripe, winter-melon-apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, lifted finish. This ready-to-enjoy bargain has 12.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number LB2416 on the lower part of the glass bottle. It beat out two higher-priced grassy New Zealand 2025 competitors in our blind tasting. Drink soon. |
