Bright medium yellow colour. Intense, complex, very sweet, ripe, citrusy, apple puree nose with some caramel and Seville orange marmalade notes. Very sweet but balanced, medium-bodied, well structured, spicy, intense, harmonious, ripe, bright, red apple purée flavours with a lingering, caramel-tinged, Seville orange marmalade tinged finish. This 375 ml bottle has 9.5% alcohol, 221 g/L residual sugar and 10.5 g/L total acidity. It will even be better to drink in a decade from now.
